If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We promise that you may return it and receive full or partially refund; the return shipping fee will be paid by the seller.
Since people has different feeling of the colors. So before purchasing your hair products, we suggest you carefully refer to our hair color swatches. If you can’t find the same exact color or have problem to choose the right color. Please send us your hair photo in natural light. Also different monitor will have some color difference. All our color swatches photos are adjusted to matches the real color on Mac’s Monitor. So if you are using Apple product to browsing our website, what you see will be what you get. If you have issue with the color then we can provide free-exchange. In such situation we need you provide your hair photo so we can determine whether it meets the exchange standards.
7 Days Return Policy
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The package was signed in the last 7 days;
- The product is in its original condition;
Return Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.
We suggest you check the package condition when you sign the package. Basically the DHL and UPS package is well kept. If you received a damaged package, please inspect the inner product is in good condition. Or else you can reject to sign the package. Also please notify us immediately for assistance. We will re-send you new package and we need your help for dispute the logistics agency.
